DECOMMISSIONED

Decommissioned is a body of work depicting the modernist architectonics of an abandoned Military Industrial-Complex residential site located in the northern Mojave desert of Southern California. The work consists of a silent, black and white Super 8 film shot and edited in 2008, and series of 35mm color photographs shot in 2006 and printed in 2011.
